PST students can access a variety of support and information in relation to their training with us.

Our Student Handbook provides students with the following information:

  • training locations

  • duration and delivery modes

  • entry requirements and prerequisites

  • support services available

  • appeals and complaints process

  • fees and refunds

  • government funding, if applicable

  • consumer rights and protections, including cooling-off periods


Students are informed that PST is responsible for the quality of the training provided and issuing of the qualifications or statements of attainment.

Your USI

All nationally-recognised training completed with PST will be available to Students via the Unique Student Identifier (USI) website. Individual's transcript of training are available at the site and will include all nationally-recognised training they have completed since the USI inception in January 2015. Here are some more details on how to access your USI transcript and what you will find:
