UET20321 CERTIFICATE II IN ESI: POWERLINE VEGETATION CONTROL

National_Recognised.png

This nationally-recognised, full qualification for the Electrical Supply Industry (ESI) provides competencies for the operational role of planning and carrying out vegetation control at and above ground level while working safely near live electrical apparatus.

This training is fast becoming the mandatory requirement for vegetation controllers working on the power networks throughout Australia.

Our training program is designed to cover all units needed to work as a vegetation controller on an electricity network.

Trainees can expect to participate in four days of face-to-face theory-based and practical off-the-job training, followed by an expected 6-12 months of workplace on-the-job training. Trainees will be issued with a Certificate following their successful completion of the course.

Training centres are located in NSW and QLD, and PST have the ability to conveniently deliver courses at your workplace!

PST is authorised by the power networks in Queensland and New South Wales to deliver CAVC training to electricity network vegetation operators with a Certificate II in ESI and adequate experience.  Operators need this qualification to clear vegetation in a high voltage environment.

CAVC is an industry specific competency for which we provide you a certificate of completion. Our course is recognised and accepted by Essential Energy, Endeavour Energy and Ausgrid in NSW, and Evo Energy in the ACT.
