TRAINER OPPORTUNITIES

The right person will:

• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills; being a people-friendly person who is willing to go the extra mile to support your students

• Be willing to travel (all areas of NSW)

• Be able to liaise with customer and industry contacts (all levels of management)

• Be committed and willing to work in a small, decentralised training team

• Support and adhere to company policies and procedures and the continuing improvement of the company

• Contribute to ongoing improvement of training tools, including validation, research and review

• Be committed to customer service

 

Skills and experience

• Previous experience and qualifications in the arboriculture / vegetation management industries

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (current) or a willingness to obtain (PST will pay for your training)

• Experience leading, mentoring and supervising others

• Confidence to work with all levels of management and industry

• Climbing competency will be highly regarded
